COMMITTEE
The committee is elected annually at the AGM which is held in May each year. The constitution allows the group to have ten members with two additional members co-opted to the committee for special duties. Normally meetings are held once a month and decisions reached in committee are communicated to the members at our monthly coffee morning or via Group Leaders. Members can ask to see a copy of the minutes and should contact the Secretary (via the Webmaster) if they wish to do so.
